Kodjo is unstoppable!
Discover the inspiring story of Kodjo, a five-year-old whose life was transformed by heart surgery in France, after a diagnosis in Togo. Thanks to the generosity of donors, he can now enjoy his youth to the full, in perfect health.
Everything in Kodjo‘s life changed the day he was diagnosed by Dr Baragou, the Togolese referent for La Chaîne de l’Espoir.
Suffering from heart disease, he could not be treated in his own country, which does not yet have any trained cardiac surgeons, nor the technical facilities required for such treatment.
The five-year-old boy was then transferred to France for surgery at l’Hôpital des Enfants at CHU de Toulouse
A few weeks later, he’s back with his family, cured. He’s even back in the first grade.
It’s the start of anew life!
