Two new branches in the PACA region
The year 2025 got off to an auspicious start in the South of France. Indeed, two new branches of La Chaîne de l’Espoir have begun to make their mark. Proof of a mobilization that is gradually being (re)structured in this region.
The first, called the “Provence branch”, will take over from the Marseille branch , which has been inactive for some time. It will cover the area from Marseille to the southern Lubéron, from the Etang de Berre to Toulon.
The photo opposite shows part of the team at the new Provence branch.
Its coordinator, Michèle Sigaudo, knows the association well: she was a volunteer there for ten years.
“I never abandoned its values. To take up the torch, I was determined to put to good use the knowledge and
network I’d built up over the years as a volunteer.”
The team already has a dozen members, some of whom are deeply rooted in thelocal community .
“ Together, we’re ready to take on the challenge principal challenge : give desire à other from we contact to get involved, “phosphorize” and put their hearts into the book ! Whether you’re organizing fundraising, by communicating locally with and on social networks, by becoming host families or sun sponsors… All goodwill is welcome ! “

Further east, the Alpes-Maritimes Monaco branch is also preparing to launch its first actions. The first theme is music.
The impetus came from pianist Pierrette Chinaud, who, along with her friends, wanted to organize concerts to benefit La Chaîne de l’Espoir.
The first dates will be announced shortly. Stay tuned!
