Two brothers united in illness… And healing!

Two brothers, Dela and Anani, united by heart disease, underwent successful surgery at CHU de Toulouse thanks to your support. Now back in Togo, they can look to the future with hope, not forgetting their healthy little sister. Thank you for your generosity!

Fifteen-year-old Dela and seven-year-old Anani arrived in France at the same time to undergo heart surgery. This situation is very rare, but not improbable. They are brothers and suffered from the same serious heart condition (Tetralogy of Fallot), inherited from their grandfather.

Thanks to your support, they were successfully operated on at CHU de Toulouse by Professor Najeebullah Bina. Welcomed by two volunteer families, they were able to keep in touch throughout their stay.

Now back in Togo, the boys can dream about the future. And why not become a cook for Dela and a policeman for Anani, as they like to say? As for their little sister? A consultation confirmed that she suffers from no cardiac pathology. What a relief!
