Regional offices
Run by volunteers, the fifteen regional branches of La Chaîne de l’Espoir are mobilized to promote our association, help finance our programs and run a network of host families.
The Alain Deloche Foundation
Sponsored by La Fondation pour l’Enfance, the Fondation Alain Deloche’s mission is to finance the construction, operation and maintenance of children’s homes in Les Pavillons des Enfants, which are located near partner hospitals or run by La Chaîne de l’Espoir. The Fondation Alain Deloche is eligible to receive tax-deductible donations.
USFC: The American Affiliated Foundation
With an international outlook, La Chaîne de l’Espoir created the United Surgeons for Children (USFC) foundation in 2019. Based in Washington in the USA, this organization is chaired by Lee Hilling, formerly president of the French Medical Institute for Mother and Child (IMFE) in Kabul. Its mission is to develop the medical network, and to build and animate an American network of committed private and institutional donors. The aim is to create a world where all children have access to healthcare, regardless of their place of birth or social background.
